My product arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report the issue to our support team by emailing the support email address provided in your order confirmation email within 30 days of receiving the product, along with the required photo proof. You will have the option to receive a free replacement or a refund.

Is it possible to return or exchange a product?

Since our products are printed on-demand, we generally do not support returns or exchanges unless the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

What happens if I lose my order or provide an incorrect address?

If an order is returned to the sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address provided, we will issue a refund for the product price only.
